Return/Replacement only applies for:

Incorrect item received
Lost package (Prepaid orders)
Proof required: Photos or videos must be shared within 7 days of delivery.
Some products may be replacement-only and non-returnable (check product details).
Conditions
Product must be unused, in original packaging with all tags.
Requests raised after 7 days from delivery are not eligible.
Sale items, customized items, and items marked “non-returnable” are not eligible.
